    After the retention period expires, the data is securely destroyed or anonymized.

  10. The Seller may use the Buyer's data to contact the Buyer to discuss or clarify the services ordered by the Buyer.
  11. In the online store, payments are processed using paysera.lt platform managed by Paysera LT, UAB (Pilaitės pr. 16, Vilnius, Lithuania, Company code: 300060819), therefore your personal information required for payment execution and confirmation will be transferred to this company.

We respond to requests no later than within 30 calendar days. In the case of a complex request, this period may be extended by up to 2 months, after informing you.
