Terms of sale and purchase, warranty conditions

  1. Concepts

1.1 Seller – a natural person specified in the invoice whose goods are sold on the website aceso.lt in accordance with the rules set out on this page.

1.2 Buyer – any legally capable natural or legal person who has placed an order in the aceso.lt online store. Minors who have the consent of their parents (guardians) may also make purchases.

1.3 Parties – the buyer and the seller jointly.

1.4 Rules – this page sets out the rules that apply to all aceso.lt buyers (buying and selling rules, warranty conditions and privacy policy).

1.5 Contract – a contract concluded between the parties for the purchase of the relevant goods, which is deemed to be concluded at the moment of order confirmation.

1.6 Goods – goods sold in the online store aceso.lt.

1.7 Order – an order for goods in which the buyer indicates the goods he wishes to purchase.

1.8 Warranty – a warranty provided by the seller, the terms of which are specified in these rules.

1.9 Privacy Policy – ​​this page sets out the rules that provide for the basic conditions for the processing, collection, storage and retention of Personal Data.

  1. General provisions

2.1 Before purchasing goods on aceso.lt, the buyer must familiarize himself with and agree to these rules. He confirms this by selecting the goods and checking the box "I agree to the terms of purchase, warranty and privacy policy" before proceeding to payment.

2.2 Only buyers defined in clause 1.2 may purchase in the aceso.lt online store. By concluding a contract and placing an order, the buyer confirms that he has the right to do so.

2.3 The Seller reserves the right to change the rules. The version of the rules valid for the Buyer is considered to be the version that was in effect on the day of purchase of the goods.

  1. Ordering goods

3.1 The Buyer can order goods online in the online store aceso.lt, by e-mail to the store info@aceso.lt and by phone.

3.2 When ordering goods, the Buyer provides the necessary personal data, which is required to fulfill the order and is processed under the conditions specified in the "Privacy Policy" section.

3.3 The contract is considered concluded after the Buyer completes all the steps necessary to purchase the goods on the aceso.lt website, including choosing a payment method.

3.4 The Seller informs the Buyer about the order confirmation by email or telephone.

3.5 All prices of goods are indicated in euros, taxes are included in the price.

3.6 The color, appearance and other parameters of the goods may differ slightly from those shown in the demonstration photos, but these parameters must correspond to the description.

  1. Seller's rights

4.1 The Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer's order if, for various reasons, it is not possible to fulfill the order. In such a case, the Buyer is informed by e-mail or telephone, and the money paid by the Buyer is returned to the Buyer. If the Buyer cannot be informed, the order is also canceled, and the money paid is returned to the Buyer.

4.2 The Seller may cancel the order without notice if payment has not been received.

4.3 In case of any uncertainty regarding the order, the Seller has the right to contact the Buyer using the details provided by the Buyer to clarify the order. In such a case, the delivery period for the goods is calculated from the date of clarification of the order.

4.4 If the Seller does not have the goods ordered by the Buyer, he has the right to contact the Buyer using the details provided by the Buyer and offer alternative goods. In such a case, the parties agree on additional payment and/or refund.

4.5 The Seller may provide instructions for using the goods in Lithuanian by email.

4.6 The Seller may submit the purchase document for the goods – the invoice – only electronically (by e-mail).

4.7 The Seller reserves the right to change prices and promotions at any time.

  1. Seller responsibilities

5.1 The Seller undertakes to issue each Buyer a document confirming the purchase of goods - an invoice.

5.2 The Seller must fulfill all orders in the manner provided for in these rules.

5.3 Aceso.lt may contact the Buyer only in the cases specified in clauses 4.1, 4.3, 4.4 and undertakes not to carry out any communication not related to the sale of goods. No communication between the parties is mandatory.

5.4 The Seller must provide all information required by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania about its activities and the products sold.

  1. Buyer's rights

6.1 The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store aceso.lt, cancel the order, withdraw from the concluded contract, return the goods and request warranty service as required by these rules.

6.2 The Buyer has all other rights provided for in the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

  1. Buyer's obligations

7.1 The Buyer undertakes to comply with these rules and to use the online store aceso.lt only for the purpose of selecting and purchasing goods. It is strictly prohibited to copy any content of the website aceso.lt.

7.3 The Buyer must pay for the selected goods and then collect them in the chosen method.

7.4 Upon receipt of the goods, the Buyer must inspect them and, if they are damaged, have quality defects or do not correspond to the order placed, immediately inform the Seller by e-mail info@aceso.lt

7.5 The Buyer must provide their real details, exact delivery address and working telephone number when ordering.

  1. The buyer's right to withdraw from the purchase and sale contract

8.1 The Buyer may terminate the purchase and sale agreement within 14 (fourteen) business days by notifying the Seller in advance at the email address info@aceso.lt. The Buyer is not obliged to explain the reason.

8.2 The term of 14 working days is calculated from the day the Buyer collected the goods in the chosen way.

8.3 When terminating the purchase and sale agreement, the Buyer returns the goods to the Seller, and the Seller returns the money to the Buyer.

8.4 The Buyer loses the right to terminate the contract if the goods are unpacked. Opening the outer packaging, necessary for inspection of the goods, is not considered unpacking. This provision is described in more detail in Article 6.22810, Part 2, Clause 5 of the Civil Code.

9. Shipping and delivery of goods

9.1 The Goods are sent to the Buyer at the address specified by the Buyer, by the method chosen by the Buyer.

9.2 Delivery methods, prices and terms are specified in the Aceso.lt online store in the "About us" section. This information is also displayed to the buyer when placing an order.

9.3 In the event of warranty defects, the goods are sent or otherwise delivered to the Seller at the Buyer's expense, and the replaced or repaired goods are sent to the Buyer at the Seller's expense.

9.4 In the event of a return of goods due to the Seller's fault, the Seller shall cover all shipping costs.

9.5 In the case of a return of goods, where the Buyer has received goods of good quality and in accordance with the order, but still wishes to exercise the right to terminate the contract, the Buyer shall pay for the shipment of the goods to the Seller.

  1. Return of goods and money

10.1 Goods of suitable quality and corresponding to the order shall not be exchanged for similar goods without the Seller's consent. This provision is defined in subparagraph 17.17 of paragraph 17 of the "Retail Trade Rules" approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on 22 July 2014 by Resolution No. 738.

10.2 Goods of inadequate quality or not in accordance with the order may be returned to the Seller within 14 working days. The Seller undertakes to pay the shipping costs of the goods and to replace the goods with suitable ones or to eliminate all quality defects. If the Seller does not have suitable goods, he must refund the money to the Buyer.

10.3 In the event of a return, the Buyer shall send the goods to the Seller by post, parcel machine or deliver them in another way that the Seller indicates to the Buyer by phone or e-mail. The Buyer must indicate the addresses of the recipient and sender, and pack the shipment in such a way that it is not damaged during shipping.

10.4 The Seller shall return the money for the goods to the Buyer's bank account or send other goods only after receiving the returned goods.

10.5 The Seller is not responsible for shipments with returned goods that were improperly labeled, packaged, lost or for other reasons did not reach the Seller or were damaged due to the Buyer's negligence. In such a case, the money will not be refunded to the Buyer.

11. Payment methods:

Payments can be made using Swedbank, Seb, Luminor, Citadele and Šiaulių bankas electronic banking services. Payments are available in euros. Payments are processed using the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.
